Pittsburg City Council adopts traffic calming project, approves budget amendments, and accepts year‑end financial reports

At the April 6, 2026 City Council meeting, Vice Mayor Lopez presided (Mayor Adams absent). Council adopted resolutions awarding Project 4079 (Linscheid Drive Traffic Calming Phase I), amended the FY 2025‑26 budgets based on year‑end projections, and approved multiple consent items including pavement management, development agreements, and acceptance of audit reports.
