Traffic Commission approves red curbs and 1-hour parking restrictions; minutes adopted
The City of Orange City Traffic Commission met October 8, 2025 (called to order 5:30 p.m.; adjourned 5:46 p.m.). Commissioners Ricci, Barbeito, Hamilton, Chavarria, Redding, and Chair Feliz were present (Jurjis absent). The commission approved the August 13, 2025 minutes; approved red curb on both sides of the driveway at 295 S. Flower Street; approved red curb installations along the east side of N. Canal Street to serve OCTA bus stops (≈350 ft for Bus Stop ID 5309 and ratified ≈150 ft for Bus Stop ID 5308; one commissioner opposed); and removed blue curb/established 1-hour time-limited parking on Pixley and Parker streets and adopted Resolution No. TC 03-2025 (Vice Chair Ricci recused from that item). No public comment at general comment period; two speakers addressed the N. Canal Street item. Next meeting scheduled for December 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
