Utility Advisory Committee — Meeting Minutes (February 5, 2026)
The Utility Advisory Committee met February 5, 2026 (City Hall, Room 207). The committee approved the agenda and the November 6, 2025 minutes as amended, heard no public comment, reviewed administrative updates (staff liaison, advisory recruitment, email change, meeting date/location changes, stipend deadline), and discussed the draft 2026–2027 UAC Work Plan with proposed additions including climate/sea level rise, a wet-utilities financial rate study, flood lessons learned, PFAS and other contaminants of emerging concern, and utility tours. The committee will finalize the work plan at its March 5, 2026 meeting.
