The committee accepted informational audits on illegal dumping and sewer consent decree compliance; approved a $1.6M funding agreement with the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for creek improvement and clean creeks programs; awarded a $28,437,000 construction contract for the Lincoln Recreation Center and approved an $848,797 increase to the architect’s professional services agreement; authorized accepting up to $756,364 in State TDA funds for stair path and bicycle programs and adopted the FY2026-27 SB 1 project list; and approved a non-consent contract change order increase for the East Oakland Arts Center (one no vote by Councilmember Houston).
