The Rules & Legislation Committee met April 30, 2026 (10:31 AM–11:18 AM). Members (Brown, Fife, Ramachandran, Jenkins) voted unanimously on routine actions: approved draft minutes, accepted the schedule of outstanding items, and accepted new scheduling items as amended. The committee scheduled multiple items for referral to standing committees or full Council, including a commemorative street renaming, tax and cash-management items, an illegal dumping expenditure plan, public-safety procurement contracts, and capital work for Feather River Camp. The Police Commission appointment was withdrawn.
