Council adopts 2025 Encampment Abatement Policy, repealing 2020 policy

At the Special Concurrent Meeting on April 14, 2026 (convened 9:32 a.m., adjourned 12:40 p.m.), Council moved Item 6.1 from consent to non‑consent and adopted a resolution to repeal the 2020 Encampment Management Policy and replace it with the 2025 Encampment Abatement Policy as amended.
