Housing Authority Approves Operating Budget

The Housing Authority voted 5-0 to submit a fiscal 2026 state-aided housing operating budget with $2,078,728 in revenue, $2,108,223 in expenses, and a requested $500,689 subsidy. Members also recorded a failed score of 65 for Poulin Construction’s South Washington elevator evaluation and a score of 100 for the Housing Choice Voucher program.
