New York City Council Stated Meeting (Feb. 12, 2026) — Consent agenda adopted; multiple introductions and land use items referred/approved
The Council convened at 1:30 PM at Council Chambers - City Hall. The Mayor’s message regarding Stephen Loffredo’s appointment and communications including an Erik D. Bottcher resignation were received/ordered/printed/filed. Multiple items were approved via roll-call and consent, and General Orders reports were adopted as the Consent Agenda. Several Mayor-linked appointment resolutions were approved by roll call, and land use applications were approved with modifications and referred to the City Planning Commission. The Council then referred numerous additional bills/resolutions to committee and adjourned the proceedings to Feb. 24, 2026.
