City Council minutes: April 9, 2026 — zoning approvals, servitude grants, safety plan adopted, appointments and budget actions

Council adopted the City Safety Action Plan resolution, approved multiple zoning and servitude ordinances, reversed an HDLC window denial for 119 Olivier Street, appointed members to the Housing Trust Fund advisory committee, set a permanent polling place, and approved budget amendments including No Kid Hungry grant appropriations. Several utility communications were received and an executive session was held.
