Metropolitan Council — Meeting Minutes (March 3, 2026)
The Metropolitan Council met March 3, 2026 (6:30 PM) at the Metropolitan Courthouse with 40 members present. The Council conducted internal elections and multiple confirmations, adopted a Rules amendment (Rule 13.4), approved numerous zoning and transportation measures (including Access Management and various zoning/Specific Plan items), passed a substitute resolution opposing The Boring Company tunnels, approved a resolution directing study of innovative public housing solutions, and approved a large Consent Agenda of grants, intergovernmental agreements, utility and infrastructure items, and administrative bills. Several appointments to boards and committees were confirmed or re-referred for further consideration.
