Joint special meeting of the Council Youth Services Committee and Youth Advisory Committee held Sept. 29, 2025 at The View Teen Center. Present: Chair Emily Ann Ramos and Chris Clark; Ellen Kamei absent. The Youth Advisory Committee reviewed the Teen Wellness Retreat for the Council Youth Services Committee, and members received a presentation on City Council duties. No formal actions, votes, or public oral communications were recorded. Meeting called to order at 4:32 p.m. and adjourned at 5:23 p.m.
