Committee advances multiple development items; Marcus Center matters held; Milwaukee Auditorium/Arena granted historic designation
On November 18, 2025 at Room 301-B, City Hall, the Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development Committee considered seven agenda items. Communications and a substitute resolution regarding the Marcus Center parking structure (CCFN 250968 and 250966) were held to the call of the chair. The Committee recommended for adoption a purchase-and-sale agreement to sell a 9,874 sq. ft. parking lot at 748 N. 27th St. to SOHI Corner, Inc. (251136), approved amendments to two development agreements with City reimbursement from TID funds (251165 and 251166), recommended passage of a zoning change from LB2 to RT4 at 2560 N. Teutonia Ave. (250888), and recommended adoption of permanent historic designation for the Milwaukee Auditorium and Milwaukee Arena at 412 W. Kilbourn Ave. (250995). Votes were recorded for each action; Ald. Coggs abstained on the historic designation vote.
