The committee met March 11, 2026 (9:09 AM–11:24 AM; members Coggs, Westmoreland, Bauman, Taylor, Brower). Members recommended adoption or approval for a series of resolutions and ordinances addressing assessable and nonassessable public improvements, utility and intergovernmental agreements, a Protected Bike Lane project revision, temporary street lighting funding, extension of the Active Streets for Businesses Program, acceptance of an MMSD inflow/infiltration grant, and the creation of an inclusive playground (Stella’s Playground).
