Travaux Inc. Board approves bylaw amendment permitting non-director Vice President; receives project and facilities updates
Meeting held November 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Convent Hill Community Room. Five Directors present (McCarthy, Gotzler, Hurtado, Zepecki, Barbeau); two excused (Crosby, Guskowski). Board approved minutes from October 30, 2025 and adopted an amendment to Section 5.1 of the Travaux, Inc. Bylaws to allow a person other than a Director to serve as Vice President and to clarify quorum/operations with vacancies. President’s report reviewed modernization projects, $200,000 change orders for scattered sites (sent to contractors), elevator modernization progress, Locust Court façade design outstanding (funds must be expended by May 11, 2026), a comprehensive lighting study at Westlawn Gardens, HVAC instructional materials for Victory Manor residents, ongoing furnace and water‑heater replacements (Berryland, Northlawn at ~50%), and occupancy reports. Directors discussed adding an annual budget pro forma for each LLC/HACM property. Meeting adjourned at 3:44 PM.
