City Service Commission approves classification reports and Findings of Fact for three discharge appeals; several items placed on file
The Board of City Service Commissioners met virtually on January 13, 2026 (1:30–2:16 p.m.). All five commissioners (Bock, Miller, Smith, Cleary, Wick Spoerl) were present. The board approved the December 16, 2025 minutes and the submitted Classification Report(s) (including positions such as Transportation Mobility Coordinator and Municipal Court social/work positions), placed the Probationary Report(s), a residency hardship request, and the elimination of an Innovation Policy Analyst position on file, denied the communication regarding the rejection of Angela Granger's application for Assessment Appeals Director, and approved Findings of Fact for the discharge appeals of Demonta Jordan, Lakena Cornelius, and Christopher Wanty. Actions reported were unanimous where votes are recorded.
