The agency did not finalize the permit for a proposed lawn expansion at 61 Lantern Hill Road. The applicant must return in June with a revised site plan showing elevations, grading details, fill calculations, and wetland marker locations; the project would add about 80–100 cubic yards of topsoil and bring the lawn to approximately 45 feet from the wetland edge.
