Development and traffic changes approved

The Board approved a mix of land-use, liquor license, utility, and transportation measures, including first-reading approval for the Pinnacle at Meyers annexation amendment and final approval for the Burj Plaza redevelopment. It also adopted a new yield-control rule at School Street and Ahrens Avenue and approved multiple consent items, including payroll, accounts payable, committee appointments, and several ordinance changes.
