DDA approves MOU for 21 townhomes, survey contract, and adopts downtown master concept

At the April 22, 2026 meeting, the Lilburn Downtown Development Authority approved a memorandum of understanding with Vision Home Crafters to design 21 townhomes at First and Main, authorized a $9,200 survey contract with Paramount Surveys (excluding optional as-built services), adopted the downtown master concept as a non‑binding guide, and reviewed property and site updates including completion of the 243 Main Street closing and stormwater/site work progress.
