Library Commission (April 20, 2026) — Budget update, program highlights, and approval of volunteer & homebound forms
The Ledyard Library Commission met April 20, 2026 at Bill Library. Members reviewed the Treasurer’s report and received the Director’s report (including a recent presentation to the town council and that the director is on maternity leave). Commissioners heard updates on successful March programs, the Seed Library launch, strong youth audiobook circulation following Yoto additions, and an Investment Working Group briefing. The commission approved the March 16, 2026 minutes and approved Volunteer Application and Homebound Services forms. The next meeting is May 18, 2026 at the Gales Ferry Community Center.
