League City City Council meeting minutes — March 24, 2026
Regular City Council meeting held March 24, 2026 at Council Chambers (200 West Walker Street). All eight council members were present. Council approved the full Consent Agenda (multiple police grant pre‑approvals, contracts, insurance and capital items), accepted the FY2025 ACFR, approved a rezoning on second reading (3143 W FM 517), approved a PUD amendment on first reading, approved appointments to boards and commissions, and approved an FY2026 budget amendment (Ordinance No. 2026-08) on first and final reading. A proposed Special Use Permit for the Anchor Bay gas station failed on final reading; a separate rezoning (League City Parkway & Legacy Drive) failed on first reading. Meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
