Council approves budget changes and major contracts

The council unanimously approved an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026 budget that increases revenue and expense accounts across multiple funds. It also approved major contracts for traffic signal upgrades ($646,001.50), a fire tower training prop ($1,063,062.65), and a 10-year dark-fiber network connection for 15 city facilities ($1,499,000).
