Committee advances KCI storm sewer repairs and Trammell Crow development agreement; holds North Brighton design amendment
At the November 12, 2025 Transportation, Infrastructure and Operations Committee meeting, members advanced three aviation-related ordinances and held one public-works amendment. The committee approved a $62,865 change order with Genesis Environmental Solutions for Storm Sewer Improvements Ph 1 (Ordinance 250956), a $45,152.69 ninth amendment with WSP USA for the same project (Ordinance 250957), and a reinstatement/amended master development agreement with Trammell Crow Chicago Development, Inc. for lands at Kansas City International Airport (Ordinance 250958). Ordinance 250922 (Olsson Associates Amendment No. 2 for North Brighton Avenue improvements, $168,047.50) was held until December 2, 2025. Vote tallies noted: 250956 advanced with four ayes (one member absent); 250957 advanced with all present voting aye; 250958 advanced with one nay (Councilmember Bunch).
