The Neighborhood Planning and Development Committee met on December 16, 2025 at 1:30 PM in the 26th Floor Council Chamber (chair: Ryana Parks-Shaw). The committee advanced multiple land-use and development items (plats, rezonings, development plans), authorized funding and contracts for housing and infrastructure projects, accepted grants, and approved a major design-build wastewater contract.
