Neighborhood Planning and Development meeting summary

The committee approved multiple land use and development actions including rezonings, development plans, right-of-way vacations, and the Prospect-Hickman Mills Vision Plan. Council advanced funding and contracts for housing and community programs (CDBG/HOME annual plan, Housing Trust Fund increase, Central City tax fund reallocations), youth violence prevention providers, a Hope Ambassador program, and a $1,000,000 contract for a mental health assessment and triage center.
