The Council met March 5, 2026. Major actions included authorization of multiple bond issuances (General Obligation Series 2026A and 2026B; Special Obligation Series 2026 Bonds), passage of transportation contracts and appropriations (citywide bridge inspection contract, NE 104th Street improvements, traffic signal IDIQ), land-use and zoning approvals (Indiana Commons plat, development plan at 32 E. 46th, Darby Townhome vacation, Shoal Creek code amendment), reduction in Health Commission voting membership, lease authorization for a restaurant space at Wolfe Garage, and appointment of Marc Shaw as City Auditor.
