Council approved multiple development and public works items, awarded several city contracts, and adopted intergovernmental agreements and a labor contract. Zoning actions included approvals for self-storage developments and a three-unit residence; a drive‑thru permit and a tattoo studio special use were also approved. The council accepted easements for water main work, authorized funding and contracts for pavement marking and other infrastructure, and approved a memorandum of understanding with a neighboring fire protection district.
