Diversity & Community Relations Committee: Black Joy Parade update and CDBG program review (May 14, 2026)

The meeting approved prior minutes, received an update on the Black Joy Parade (scheduled for August 29, 2026, with a 50-unit limit), and heard a presentation on the 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program including the 2025–2029 Consolidated Plan, HUD allocation totals, application process, owner-occupied minor home repair program, and outreach to nonprofits.
