Board approves housing, sidewalk, and budget actions

The Village Board approved a new Prairie Stone Apartments development, with a new condition requiring Prairie Stone Owners Association approval before construction. Trustees also approved a $178,698 sidewalk improvement contract, a $6.8 million bills schedule, a joint funding agreement for Hassell Road pedestrian and bicycle design work, and an amendment to the FY2025 budget after the completed audit.
