Council approved multiple consent and contested-consent items including emergency shelter amendments and a FEOC agreement, adopted water-infrastructure and fee resolutions, adopted an ordinance to rezone property for an adult day care, adopted a resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings for Ashlan widening, and tabled the Central Southeast Area Specific Plan to March 19, 2026. Closed-session litigation and labor matters were discussed.
