ATAC meeting minutes — October 22, 2025: bikeway ordinance amendments and Blackstone mobility plans discussed; biannual report and 2026 calendar approved

The Active Transportation Advisory Committee met October 22, 2025. Members approved the October agenda and the September 24, 2025 minutes, approved the ATAC biannual report (April–September 2025), and approved the 2026 ATAC meeting schedule. Staff presented and the committee discussed proposed amendments to Fresno Municipal Code sections related to bicycle facilities and parking, the Southern Blackstone Smart Mobility Strategy Plan and two Blackstone Smart Mobility segments (University to Shields; SR180 to Pine), the Blackstone AC Overlay (Minarets to Nees), and the Eaton Trailhead/park-and-ride project. Task force updates included no report from the Protected Bicycle Parking Task Force and planning details for the World Day of Remembrance. The Police Department presented the October Traffic Collision Report. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
