The Building Standards Appeals Board met on February 17, 2026 at 1:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers. Chair Imelda Golik, Vice Chair Scott Vincent, Board Member Daniel Field, and Board Member Rick Ransom were present; Board Member Scott Mears was absent. The agenda was approved as amended to remove Appeal item VIII-A (ID 26-166) after the appellant withdrew the appeal related to Fresno Code Enforcement case E25-01990 (3316 E. Olive Ave.).
