City Commission approves consent agenda, budget amendment, seawall and airport grant actions, and vehicle‑for‑hire ordinance

At its March 3, 2026 regular meeting in the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Fort Lauderdale City Commission (Commissioner Beasley‑Pittman absent) approved the consent agenda and multiple motions and resolutions, adopted a consolidated FY2026 budget amendment, authorized grant applications for seawall projects, approved an amendment to an FDOT airport grant, adopted a site plan for a central beach multipurpose building, and adopted amendments to Chapter 27 governing vehicle‑for‑hire services.
