CRA Board approves $10M development incentive, loan increase, program updates, and amended redevelopment plan

At its December 2, 2025 meeting in the Broward Center Riverview Ballroom, the Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency Board (five members present) approved minutes from November 18, 2025, adopted a $195,000 forgivable loan increase to Regal Development, Inc. for 733 Sistrunk Boulevard, approved a $10,000,000 Development Incentive Program forgivable loan to 312 NW 7th Street LLC (dispersed over five years) and accepted two donated properties, amended and renamed the Residential Façade and Landscaping Incentive Program to the Residential Enhancement Program, and adopted the amended and restated Northwest‑Progresso‑Flagler Heights Community Redevelopment Plan. All actions passed unanimously (5–0).
