Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval of Erie Police Department expansion and UDC wireless facilities amendments

On November 19, 2025 the Town of Erie Planning Commission unanimously recommended Town Council approval of the Erie Police Department station expansion (Site Plan and Special Review Use) with technical‑correction conditions, recommended adoption of amendments to Title 10, Chapter 13 (Wireless Communication Facilities) with a condition to add a definition of “tolling,” approved prior meeting minutes, and noted cancellation of the December 3 meeting.
