Planning Commission continues Canyon Creek Planned Development Amendment No. 11 to February 18, 2026 with requested conditions
January 7, 2026 Planning Commission (Council Chambers) met with a quorum; after public hearing on the Canyon Creek Planned Development Amendment No. 11 the Commission voted to continue the item to a date certain (Feb 18, 2026) and asked staff/applicant to add specific restrictions on permitted uses, parking, buffers, height, hours, and site-plan review. Staff also reported direction from Town Council to add a new residential category (6–12 du/acre) for a separate Comprehensive Plan site.
