Committee approves stadium agreements, $50M rescission, and contract amendment (Dec 10, 2025)
The South Platte River Committee (Chair Jamie Torres) met December 10, 2025. All seven members were present. Council Bills 25-1552, 25-1553, 25-1554, and 25-1850 were approved for filing in a single block (vote 7-0), covering a stadium property agreement, amendments to intergovernmental agreements with Broadway Station Metropolitan District No. 1, and a $50,000,000 rescission and reappropriation tied to the 2025 IGA. The Committee entered an executive session with the City Attorney’s Office after considering the action items. By consent the Committee approved Resolution 25-2017 amending a CH2M HILL ENGINEERS, Inc. contract for National Western Center Program services.
