Board approves amended investment policy and FY2025-26 operating budget; financial reports reviewed

The Corpus Christi Business and Job Development Corporation - Type A met June 16, 2025 at 2:36 p.m. in City Council Chambers with a quorum present. The Board unanimously approved an amended Investment Policy and Investment Strategy for FY2025-2026 and unanimously approved the Corporation’s FY2025-2026 operating budget for the Seawall, Seawall Debt Service, Arena Facility, Arena Debt Service, and Business/Job Development funds. Type A financial reports as of April 30, 2025 were presented and discussed; staff noted the Harbor East project is on hold. The meeting adjourned at 2:55 p.m.
