Planning Commission minutes — March 3, 2026: Chair elected; two CUP renewals recommended for City Council approval
Commerce City Planning Commission met March 3, 2026 (6:10–7:58 PM). Commissioners Shecter, Eggleston, Sanchez, VanHeusen and Alternate Keefer were present. Debra Eggleston was elected Chair. The Commission approved January 6 and February 3, 2026 minutes, recommended City Council approval of two Conditional Use Permit renewals for A-1 Organics (wood chips/mulch storage at 9109 Monaco St.) and Recycling Connections Inc. (metal recycling at 9985 E 104th Ave.), reviewed bylaws revisions (no action; final draft to return), and received staff updates on recent Council approvals and upcoming legislative rezoning outreach.
