Community Land Trust Organization Board — April 1, 2026 meeting minutes
The City of Columbia Community Land Trust Organization Board met April 1, 2026 at City Hall Conference Room 1A/1B (called to order 6:32 PM; adjourned 8:26 PM). Seven voting members were present, two excused, and one non‑voting member. The board approved the agenda and the February 4, 2026 minutes, held a closed session under RSMo 610.021(2) to discuss leasing/purchase/sale of real estate, and accepted the treasurer’s report (net revenue $294,000; $100,000 restricted donations in February; cash balance $434,000). Administrative services are drawn at the start of the year per the contract.
