Council approved multiple emergency ordinances and resolutions, confirmed appointments to the Cleveland‑Cuyahoga County Port Authority and the Cleveland Commission on Black Women and Girls, passed zoning changes, authorized numerous Department of Public Utilities contracts and service agreements, approved a senior lawn care contract using Ward 2 casino funds, authorized Cleveland Municipal Court body armor grant participation, and approved United Way to provide after‑hours 3‑1‑1 answering services.
