Data Center Overlay Extension Advances

The Housing & Growth Committee recommended that Cincinnati City Council extend the interim data center overlay district for nine months. It also recommended passage of Plan Hyde Park and adopted a motion requiring a report within 60 days identifying vacant public land and buildings along proposed Bus Rapid Transit corridors on Reading Road and Hamilton Avenue and within one-eighth mile of them.
