The committee approved six appointments to Special Service Area boards, supported two property tax incentives, amended the Uptown Special Service Area service agreement and tax levy, and directed the Comptroller to activate the Leak Relief Pilot Program. Two items—the appointment of Andrew Rizzo and an Interactive Digital Wayfinder pilot—were deferred.
