Council approves housing, parking, and facility actions

The Council approved a 7-lot residential subdivision and rezoning, removed parking restrictions on part of Mill Street to add downtown parking, and moved forward with planning for public safety building renovations. It also approved a water recycling report, an access agreement, a commercial plan review contract, a DNR agreement tied to the Amcast cleanup, and several licensing and appointment items.
