Council met in the Christopher A. Iannella Chamber (12:15–3:09 PM). Members adopted prior minutes, referred supplemental BPS appropriation and related FY26 reserve reduction to Ways and Means, passed multiple grant acceptance orders, referred several hearing orders to committees (including Fire Department diversity, BPD bodycam protocols, and FIFA trafficking prevention), and adopted several resolutions including a call to update police camera release protocols.
