Design Review Commission unanimously approves 2521 W Victory Rd (DRH25-00378) — 300-unit multi-family development
On March 11, 2026 at 5:15 PM the Boise City Design Review Commission held a work session and voted unanimously to approve the motion to satisfy conditions of approval for DRH25-00378 (Minarik Architecture) to construct a 300-unit, 15-building multi-family residential development with a clubhouse and amenities in an R-3/DA zone. Commissioners Aaronson, Erstad, Aguilar, Geserick, and Semple were present; James Marsh was absent. The motion was moved by Ben Semple and seconded by Matt Geserick. Agenda items included call to order, new business, agenda review, and adjournment.
