Planning Board Approves Projects, Requires Review

The board unanimously approved a revised addition at 50 Hillside Terrace and required the 45 Chestnut Street project to return for an amendment and public hearing because construction changes expanded the structure. It also approved a second, non-illuminated sign at 489 Trapelo Road and accepted amendments to zoning by-law sections 7.3 and 5.5.
