City Council adopts multiple zoning, annexation, financial and program resolutions; approves Consent Agenda

At the October 22, 2013 Aurora City Council meeting (called to order by Mayor Pro Tem O'Connor), the Council approved the Consent Agenda including Neighborhood Stabilization Program agreements and property dispositions, adopted multiple zoning and annexation ordinances, authorized a $9.565M general obligation refunding bond issuance, approved preservation grants and several liquor-license resolutions, and approved contracts including Police Department networking equipment and Indian Trail Bridge agreements. A public hearing was held (no speakers) on a planned development at Molitor & Farnsworth. The meeting adjourned after a motion to enter Closed Session on pending litigation.
