Planning & Development Committee approves multiple zoning, special use, and easement items; CDBG amendment tabled
On October 21, 2013 the City of Aurora Planning & Development Committee (Chairperson Mike Saville; Aldermen Bill Donnell and Richard Irvin present) met at City Hall Conference Room B. The committee recommended approval of minutes and multiple agenda items including special use permits for a medical office (403 W. Galena) and a gasoline station (287 S. Broadway), rezoning of 20 N. Chestnut (with conditions), final plat and plan approvals for White Oak West (2121 Diehl / 1954 McKesson), and several temporary/permanent construction easement agreements; the Annual Action Plan substantial amendment (CDBG/NSP funding reallocations, item 13-00682) was tabled. Meeting adjourned at 4:50 pm.
