Committee recommends approval of special use extension, rezoning, and multiple historic preservation grants
The City of Aurora Planning & Development Committee met December 10, 2015 at 4:00 PM in City Hall Conference Room 5B. Chairperson Mike Saville and Aldermen Bill Donnell and Richard Irvin were present. The committee approved the 11/23/2015 minutes and recommended approval for: a Special Use Revision to extend six modular classroom units at 85 S. Constitution Drive through July 31, 2016; rezoning 232 Plum Street from R-4 to R-3; and Historic Preservation Grant Agreements for properties at 169 S. Lincoln Ave, 238 Lawndale Ave, 418 Grand Ave, and 113 S. 4th Street. The meeting was adjourned at 4:31 PM.
