City Plan Commission recommends two rezonings, approves TID 14 project plan for Council review; elects vice chair
The City of Appleton City Plan Commission met May 13, 2026 (3:30 PM). Members present recommended approval of two rezonings from P-I to R-2 (816 E. South St and multiple parcels on N. Union St), recommended the resolution and project plan establishing Tax Incremental District No. 14 for Council consideration, approved an affidavit of correction for CSM 2720, elected Lambrecht as Vice Chair, designated Kara Homan as contact, and kept regular meeting dates/times. Public hearings: Rezoning #2-26 drew five speakers; the other hearings had no public comment.
